When you return a Winnie Love bracelet to us, we carefully cleanse the beads and give them a fresh start. These reclaimed crystals are then reworked into new, limited-edition pieces in our ReLoved collection, making good energy more accessible and giving each bracelet another chapter.

The legal stuff
The ReLoved Recycling & Renewal Programme is available for genuine Winnie Love bracelets only. Returned bracelets must be in a condition where the beads can be reused. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Once received, bracelets will not be returned, as beads are cleansed and either reworked into ReLoved pieces or, if requested, used as part of a newly made bracelet combined with other beads. Where a new bracelet is created, standard pricing and turnaround times apply. A 20% discount code will be issued for eligible returns where beads are released back into the ReLoved programme and is valid for one future Winnie Love purchase only. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively, or used in conjunction with other offers unless stated. ReLoved pieces are created in limited batches and availability is not guaranteed. Winnie Love reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw the ReLoved Recycling & Renewal Programme at any time.
